Arlo Smart Premier 1 year trial showing incorrect date

I bought my Arlo Ultra cameras earlier this month and after setting it up and purchasing Premium Video Recordings for all 3 of my cameras, the date for the Arlo Smart Premier 1 year trial is showing incorrectly on both mobile and desktop.

 

I have attached two screenshots. On my iPhone X, it says "Free trial until 1/01/1970" while on my MacBook Pro it says "Arlo Smart Premier 1 year until" when it is suppose to say until October 2020.

I had the exact same problem and support were unable to fix it.

I ended up canceling my free trial subscription but now cannot re-add it back. I was told to buy the subscription and will receive a credit once I resubscribe.

I bought my Base with one camera and have added on 3 three more cameras.  I tech support because they all suddenly quit recording for three days.  Got that problem fixed but then my subscription was deleted from account.  They have both case numbers but refuse to add my subscription back on my account. 

 

Terrible customer service. I am returning all my devices and buying RING products!
