Arlo Pro3 crosstriggering Ultra not working

Arlo Ultra base station with 1-Ultra, 1-Pro3, 3-Pro

I want the pro3 camera to trigger recording on Pro3 and Ultra camera. I only get library recording from Pro3. I have set up for Pro3 to trigger the Ultra camera recording and that works, but when I add Pro3 camera record video to the rule, no ultra recording. 

I have tried reset the base station.

I have a custom mode set up:

  Pro3 camera: detects motion

  Pro3 camera: records video

  Ultra camera: records video

It will only record video from the Pro3 camera. On the device preview panel it does show the Ultra camera snapshot as well as the Pro3 snapshot, with the same time stamp. However, no recording from Ultra camera in library.

My Arlo smart subscription is Arlo Smart Premier 1 year.
