All friend accounts stopped receiving iOS notifications after new friend account has been added

Our setup up until a few weeks ago was 1 owner account and 2 friend accounts that we share all the devices with it. These friend accounts are my spouse and a spare phone. All devices are iOS and were receiving push notifications with no problems.

We've recently had a family member visiting us so we had them create Arlo account and added them as a friend + shared all devices. This is when things broke. None of the friend accounts are receiving notifications anymore. We tried everything: re-added accounts, reset iOS notifications, removed the new friend account, reinstalled the app on all devices, logged out/in, made sure scheduled summary is off, etc. No luck.

The library shows new recordings when opened but no notifications are sent.

Has anyone experiences this? We can't have just one person with notifications 😞

That is interesting. May I ask which version of the Arlo app the phones are running as well iOS versions?
