Suddenly got this message on one of my cameras:
“AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity Zones are currently disabled”.
Never had AC power connected, and I’ve never seen a working activity zone either!
What’s going on - Arlo giving up on this!

I had created a thread “AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity Zones are currently disabled”. on this problem months ago. Still no fix. My primary account is fine, But the guest account has had this problem for months. Yes it does go away when AC power is connected. The problem just showed up one day on the guest account. Both primary and guest accounts are up to date on revisions.

what do you mean it goes away when AC is connected do you mean connecting the camera to the magnetic charging cable as that is impossible in my case with a charging lead about 2 metres long.

You can ignore the message. If it bothers you, then just create an activity zone on the camera that covers the whole frame and the message will go away.
