ARLO 2 way communication

Need some help! I just purchased my Arlo Ultra 4K and unfortunately I have no two way communication on all 3 of my cameras. There is no error message. When testing in doors, and ensuring the microphone/speakers are on, there is no audio from the cameras. I have a IPhone 7 although I don't believe this should be a factor. I am charging my front camera to 100% right now just to see if it might make a difference (doubt it will though). Any ideas? Thank you!

Some devices have audio issues, if possible test with another device AND also test via the web access with browser
