I have seen posts about this same issue but none of the solutions fixed my problem.
I have 2 wireless Ultra’s. One in the front and one in the back. Only the one in the front is getting the error message. It does not alert me when there is movement in my activity zones. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, twice. I no longer have the error message, but the activity zones still don’t alert. I have checked settings to make sure they are on and active.
Any suggestions?

I've been seeing that message on and off over the past few days on my own Ultras (all battery powered and on a subscription). Sometimes it shows up on the Android app, but not the web client. Weird, and probably a problem with the Arlo back end.
You could try removing the camera from the account, and re-adding it. That might work around it.

Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by “FW?”

Thanks! I just removed it and reconnected. I’ll reply back if it fixes the issue.

He means "firmware". The version is on the device info screen.
