A-4a Battery couldn't get charged

We bought the Arlo Ultra last year. One of the cameras won't get charged. I tried several times. The camera model: VMC5040. What should I do? Do you need other information? Thank you.

Is the camera battery showing a charge value in the app?

Is there a lightning bolt across the battery icon when power is connected? If you swap batteries between cameras, does the problem follow the battery or stay with the camera? Have you wiped the contacts on both the cable and the camera to ensure they're clean?
