7 day free cloud storage???

Since Direct Storage Access is not what customers wanted, why not just bring back the free 7 day cloud storage for newer model cameras? it was a winner for Arlo with previous models.

You cannot even see thumbnails with Direct Storage Access nor delete videos on the app, it is an absolute waste of time, it is like you have deliberately made Direct Storage Access suck so people are forced to spend money on one of your two expensive plans.

Arlo you need to return faith to the customers, and you should start to see a massive climb in sales.
