Is support trying to fix the freezing video and useless audio transmission or not ? Growing impatient!

This isn't typical behavior for 4K live streams. please contact the Arlo Support Team to open a case and further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

I’ve already reached out to support. They sent one replacement camera and had me reboot hub and sync camera. All seemed to be working until I moved the camera from the same room as the hub. The location outside is within 30 feet of the hub and shows full signal but audio started cutting in and out again along with my second camera which is on a separate hub. Others are having the same issues. Only happens with a 4K stream, not 1080. Occasionally the audio feed will clear up but it’s rare. “Reduce Wind Noise” has always been turned off!
