3 out of 4 cameras needed batteries replacement in less than a year.  Customer service are bunch of unprofessional Indian scammers. I was hung up on a few occasions when trying to get replacement for the flawed batteries.  I was even lied to saying they would replace the batteries and they never did.  I went with this product because of the FAKE positive reviews. Wished I would had done more research.

Hopefully you get a resolution but it's highly unlikely that you need new batteries. If you tell us what's up we may be able to help. To start with, are the batteries totally discharged? If so, read the FAQ in the support area here on how to revive them.
