Hi everyone, has anyone experienced this issue?
I have an Arlo SmartHub VMB4540 using USB local storage. I have tried two different USB drives, formatted them both on my computer and in Arlo, factory reset the SmartHub, reinstalled the Arlo app, and re-added my cameras.
Everything works at first. The SmartHub records the first few motion events and they appear correctly in the Arlo app. However, after a few recordings, the new clips stop appearing in the Local Feed.
The strange part is that the SmartHub continues to save new MP4 files to the USB drive. I can remove the USB drive, connect it to my computer, and see that new MP4 files are created every time motion is detected. The USB storage usage also continues to increase, so the recordings are clearly being saved.
I am connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the SmartHub, as required by Arlo for viewing local recordings, but the new clips still do not appear in the app. Only the first few recordings are visible.
Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution? Is this a known firmware or indexing problem with the VMB4540?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback. Are these USB drives from the same batch or same model by chance?
