Does anyone know where I can purchase an ARLO VMB5000 Smart Hub power adaptor for the uk or an alternative? Thanks

Check the power output ratings on your old (I assume broken) power supply. Any "universal" power supply should be able to be configured for both proper voltage as well as polarity of the connector for the hub.
