2, finito l'abbonamento registra con rilevamento di movimento auto e persone?

1) You should have all motion recordings on your hub with no subscription, assuming you properly set up local recordings and have tested it while still having a subscription.

2) You need a subscription for Smart notifications since those are generated by the servers.
