my arlo hub will not recognise as correct any password

I am trying to connect my arlo hub to my mobile data home wifi hub.
I have tried to use the password that I have to connect devices to wifi but it will not connect.

I did the usual reset power off combinations and even tried all manner of different passwords.

Anyone suggest where I may be going wrong. I simply cannot get the arlo hub to connect.
I am no longer able to use arlo help as due to recent illness I never set it up during the 3 month free trial.

The hub only connects with ethernet.  No need to enter any passwords.
