can add pro 4 cameras since they work off wifi and not the hub?

Pro 4 cameras can either connect directly to your home wifi, or they can connect to the Ultra's smart hub.  You choose which during the camera installation. Either way you will see the Pro 4 cameras in your account.  

If you want direct access to local storage, then of course you will need to connect them to the smarthub.
