Wifi signal level indicators

I recently decided to "upgrade" from pro 2 to ultra 2. now I have one camera that at mobile app shows 3 white bars for wifi signal and in web app it shows 1 red bar and 2 white bars.

Any idea why the discrepancy or what 1 red bar means ?

Are you still experiencing this behavior?

Is it possible to provide a screenshot of the Wifi logos? 

Red would indicate that a device has poor connectivity/range.
