I wanna know about the difference of size, capacity, longest working hours when fully charged, and life between Ultra 2's and Pro 5S 2K's batteries.

Both cameras use the same batteries, so there is no difference in capacity, size or battery life.
As far as "longest working hours" - this depends how much video streaming the camera is doing, how much the visible and IR spotlights are being used, the quality of the wifi signal, etc. So in practice, not a very useful spec. While I've never attempted to track it, my subjective impression is that the battery in my Pro 5s needs to be recharged at about the same frequency as a nearby Ultra camera.
If you want to get the longest possible battery life, then I suggest getting the XL upgrade kit (which can be used with both cameras). That gives you 2.5 more capacity than the standard battery. Note you won't be able to use the magnetic mount with the XL housing.
