What is this house icon with what appears to be a WiFi symbol in it? I only have it on one of my cameras.

No Ultra 2 here but I would expect it's due to the camera setting of Local 4K Streaming which wouldn't send the live view to the servers but would stay within your network. Turn that setting off to verify.

Haven't seen it in my Ultra...maybe in the 2
BUT, the house icon is used ( on the Arlo Baby ) when you are viewing on the same network as the camera ( supposed to speed up a little )
Morse is faster than texting!

Can't say why it is there but your pic shows you are viewing live and all seven of mine has always had that when viewing live.
