VMB5000r5 HomeKit fails

Firmware: 1.16.3.3_719b349f52

OS: iOS14

 

I've tried everything and continue getting the same ERROR message "uncertified accessory" I have tried: multiple times. rebooting the base station, removed and rediscovered base station & cameras

 

Each time the homekit setup fails with the same error.

 

This is terribly irritating to say the least!

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

I am having the same problems. I cannot get HomeKit to connect for nothing. I have seen other threads where a technician sends a token to the hub and fixes it, hope they can do the same for us.
