When I’m trying to setup my smart hub with HomeKit, it gets hung up on “connecting to bridge.” What I’ve noticed from other people that experienced the same thing is that You guys have to reset my HomeKit token?! Can you please do so?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
