My new puppy ate the power cord for my base station (VMB4540). It's not listed on the accessories page and after several unsuccessful attempts to procure through Arlo sales and also support, I'm close to giving up. Ive searched amazon, google and all the usual places to find part number 332-50082-01 but, no luck. Before I pay 99 bux for a new hub, I'd rather purchase another system (NOT Arlo, of course).
Thanks!

You're upset at Arlo because your dog chewed the power cord?
Hardware issues like this can only be handled by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here. The alternative is to note the power requirements and polarity listed on the original supply and buy a universal power supply that can be configured the same way.
Or just splice in new wire by cutting off the chewed part and replace with similar wire. Be sure to maintain the polarity by carefully following the wire from one side of the chew to the other. Cutting and splicing one wire at a time rather than cutting both at once would help.

Yea not sure why it is Arlo's fault. Pups chew on anything they can find when teething.
