I shared some devices(Ultra 2/Doorbell) via "Grant Access" to my family member but they could not find those devices on the "Devices" page after created their owned account following the instruction. An very interesting thing is my family can receive the motion detected notificaiton on they mobile but also not find those devices, any hints?? Thanks.
However, I found that the UI for app/web doesn't aligned between my Arlo account and my family's member, but the version is showing 4.12.2_2 also, why??? Thanks.

The current apps support 2 user interfaces (UI) with the old one using Library to view recordings and the new one using Feed. New users automatically get the new UI but to share cameras successfully, all users must be on the same UI. That means you'll need to migrate to the new UI. To do so, choose to add a Pro 5, security system or any Gen. 2 Essential camera even though you don't have any of those. The first step is to migrate your account to the new UI after which you can just back out of the bogus install. Be aware that you can't go back to the old UI and the new one is significantly different so will require checking the 3 default modes (no custom modes transfer nor can you make any), schedules and geofencing automations in Routines. Here's some links to help the process:

Once you have the new UI, your guest accounts need to click on Home near the top of their screens and select the bottom choice. Each user gets their own Home location so they need to select yours. I suggest renaming Home to make it obvious.

Thanks for the informaiton!!!👍

In the order words, I need to buy a Pro 5 for updating the UI??  Why could not make it when I add an Ultra 2 Cam??? Thanks.

No, you don't actually need any new equipment - you're lying to the app that you do have one. The whole purpose is to cause the migration to occur, not to actually install something which is why I said that after the migration phase is over, just back out of the install. Starting with the Pro 5 (and followed by the security system and then the Essential Gen. 2 cameras), the new UI is required so the migration is forced. Eventually everyone will be migrated to the new UI but bugs/features/etc. are being sorted before everyone will migrate.
