Unable to connect to homekit.

Unable to connect my ultra cameras to homekit. Just says discovering your arlo service, please wait. How do I fix this or get a token reset?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Hi Shayne

Not sure why the other thread was locked after you reset the token.

 

Anyways, I still can't get my Base station to connect to home kit. It sits at connecting and does nothing. Any other tips? Yes, I have restarted the base station after the token reset.

Can you try reinstalling the app or check on another iOS device if possible?
