Ultra missing notifications

I have just upgraded to ultra base station and cameras. All set up ok but I have no push notifications. I have been through all checks and all seems fine. Its the latest app and Samsung a52 mobile
It records motion, emails of I check that but even when I tick push nothing
Any one any ideas please?

Are the cameras shared via the "friend" feature?
