Ultra Red/Blue light flashing

We have two Ultra 2 cameras that will not sync and the red and blue lights flash when plugged in, I believe both cameras were synced and plugged in when they started flashing but may have been only one and the other was waiting to get placed. They have been plugged in for several days to make sure the batteries are charged. What could the problem be?

Try factory resetting the camera using the steps in the following article and then attempt onboarding again, do you still experience the same behavior?
