Ultra 2 charging slow

I have Arlo ultra 2 4 camera kit with smart hub.
The problem is the super slow charging, I am using the standard cable and 3 pin UK plug. It takes about 7+ hours to fully charge a camera. I am having the same problem with all four cameras.

So I've checked now, and in 12 hours the battery level is on 82% and still on charge.

Are you using Arlo's charger?  If not, what are the voltage and amperage specs of the charger you are using?
