I purchased an Arlo Ultra 2 camera and, after receiving it discovered it requires an Arlo base station for operation. Apparently Arlo has no base stations available, although Amazon has them refurbished at TWICE the price. I attempted to return this item, which led me through a maze of online chats, giving me information I had already read on the website. I called the phone number listed at the end of the "chat" and was asked to enter a passcode, which I don't have. Frustrated? Oh, yes...

My camera info: Ultra 2, model VMC5040, serial # A4341A7UA3483
