Hi,

Bought Arlo Ultra2 with arlo door bell. They should identify person and more but they dont, even if i choice give me messege just for human it still send me messege for everything else.
Something just wind move something in yard and i get messege person is identify.
Also the door bel, its so slow and not clear when someone is ringing and you want to speak. Ita clearly other part cant hear you and you allmost have to scream.

Changed from ring amd didn’t have thia issue before with it.

Any suggestions?

It's not clear from your description what it is you're experiencing. If you have an active Arlo Secure subscription or Trial plan, you can enable or disable Arlo Smart features to allow incoming notifications to be identified or suppressed based on the Smart settings. If you're experiencing an issue with using push to talk on your mobile device, it could be a problem with specific settings on that mobile device. Do you have another mobile device you could test to see if you still experience the same behavior?
