Brand new to Arlo. Have two Ultra 2, three Pro 4, one VMB5000. Couple questions:
The LED operation of the Ultra 2 and Pro 4 cameras don't seem to match the manual. The LEDs are off but the cameras seem to be operating normally. The battery charge is over 10%. Is this expected behavior?
I've connected the cameras to a charger. The cameras currently have significant charge. Neither the app nor the website show me the lightning bolt indicating that the camera is charging. Do the cameras wait for the current charge to fall below a certain amount before they enable charging? If so, when can I expect the lightning bolt to appear?
Thank you.

You should be seeing the charging indication now. Are you seeing this on all cameras? Are you using an Arlo charger, or a different brand?

No charging indication. Seeing this on all cameras. Using an Arlo charger.
My best guess now is that I have a defective wall charger. Since I only have one wall charger I can't easily test this. I have ordered another wall charger to see if that fixes this.

You could try a usb phone charger if you have one.

I have a cell phone charger and tried that to no effect. The cell phone charger is one amp only and Arlo chat said that wouldn't work.
