Ultra 2 No live view and motion detection preview push notifications do not work!

I've always had problems with these camera's, I swear since I've bought them2I years ago.
The newest issue(s) is that I cannot load my camera live view. Sometimes I want to see whats going on outside and it just will not load, maybe once every 50 tries. It shows like its trying to connect then hangs there and makes the app not functional . Yes, I've tried deleting the app for the 50th time and reseting the cameras/hub.
Also, over the past week or two now the push notifications on my phone will not show the detection preview. Just a notification and since I cannot connect to my cameras on my home network or away I have no clue whats going on at my house, which was the whole reason I over paid for these cameras.
Does anybody have any solutions or have you had similar issues?? For the record I have Greenlight fiber optic internet with roughly 350mbps down and 200 up so I know it's not a network issue.

Greenlight, eh? I'm in Rochester.
Bring a camera closer to your hub to see if that helps. It may be an issue with signal strength and/or quality.
