Brand new Arlo Ultra 2, 2 camera kit Cannot for the life of me get motion detection to function correctly, have reset all devices, checked rules, deleted and readded etc. anyone have a similar issue or care to share something I’m overlooking?
Motion test functions as expected, manual recording shows in feed, however no auto recordings or recognition
Arlo support have been less than helpful in guidance on this!

What troubleshooting did you do with them?
How far away from the scene is the camera?
Is the camera aimed through a window?
How large are the objects that it is not detecting?
