Ultra 2 2way audio not working

I just purchased the arlo ultra 2 but two way audio is not working. Using my galaxy note 10 plus, anytime I tap the microphone it always says connection fail. Can anybody help me. This feature is one of the reasons I bought this camera

Make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app downloaded and installed from the app store. Once you have the latest version test again to see if you are still experiencing this issue.
