i got 4 ultra 2 cameras and its works fine with my iphone and samsung s20 but when i add my samsung s23 ultra my 2 cameras are goes OFF line i uninstall and add but cant solved then i DELETED SAMSUNG S23 ULTRA account delete both s23 and REBOOT SYSTEMS its back to normal please advised.

Ok. One thing you could do is just let your wife and daughter use your login credentials. Arlo used to restrict access to only one login at a time, but they changed that some months ago.
There are two user interfaces at the moment - the original one shows "Library" in the app menu, the other shows "Dashboard" and "Feed". All your accounts need to match - either all showing "Library" or all showing "Feed". So also check for that.
If you have a subscription, you might want to use phone support (via the app).

Are you saying you are using a different account on the Samsung S23 than you are using with your iphone and Samsung S20?
Did you just try using the same account that you used on the iphone or the S20?

So far we all used own email accounts .one admin and 5 email devises . including 2 samsung s23 ultra. so once i add s23 ultra rest and s23 one or 2 cameras goes off line . i tried all possible option DELETE ACCOUNT add free reset hub and start fresh but i think S 23 ULTRA causing issue . if i got one s23 thats hard to trace but i got 2 s23 ultra so both give same results

Ok i will try tonight, but thinking i was happy with old arlo cameras setup those are free ALERT and shows recording too . these new required subscription which i dont have . if its not works will send them back and used legacy cameras . i cant find any diffrences only diffrence is in dark its light on, othewise same output. i will update u later tonite

i tried same user admin login on my samsung s23 ultra but still having same issue i think s23 ultra not works on these or not for me today i TRYING to to factory reset all one last time if not then will send back totally not for me Thankyou all those try to help many thanks
