please kindly help me this . can we get free alert in feeds ? at the moment we received alert in feeds but no vedio? also when i view  LIVE on the corner  its  show count 0. ? but i received alert but no vedio? i dont have any plan or subscn and i dont wants to buy . plz reply

Have you added local storage to your smarthub and set up "direct access to local storage"?

 

If you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu, use this guide:

If instead you see "Library", use this one:

 

With a VMB4540, I suggest a USB thumb drive with a capacity between 128 and 512 GB. With the VMB5000, I suggest a similarly sized microSD card.

 

Be careful to get storage from a mainstream brand, as there are a lot of scams for thumb drives and microSD cards out there (including some on Amazon).
