This is with an Ultra camera?

Do you have the "anti theft mount" (integrated with the camera housing)?

If you do, then you use the security key that came with the mount to remove the camera.  There are instructions here:

If you've lost that security key, you can go to a local hardware store and purchase a short 2 mm hex wrench (which will also work).
