Subscribion ultra 2

I have been trying to subscribe for the ultra 2 secure package. The thing is whenever I try to access the website to do the subscription it transfers me to another page for processing, and this page stays loading forever. I tried using iPhone android both of them didn’t work, so can you please help me figuring out? How can I do the subscription to get the secure package? Hence this is the only reason for me getting the ultra 2 camera for the cloud server storage.

What country are you in?  The subscription is only available in these countries:

Have you tried a computer (browsing to my.arlo.com)?

You can't use an iphone or ipad.  Android should work, but it's worth trying on a PC (either Windows or Mac).

I am from Qatar. 
considering my country is not in the list, what can i do to solve this issue ?!
should I use VPN, would it work ?
I need a solution for this issue.

my whole purpose of getting arlo ultra 2 is to be able to store the camera footage in a cloud.

Use of a VPN connected to a server in a country that can get subscriptions is possible. You would need to create your account while connected and then set the system up. You would also need a credit card issued in that country to pay for the subscription. After all this is set up, you don't need the VPN.
