Solar Charger Cable Length

So, for those customers that have to place the solar panel further away from the camera to have sunlight to charge the camera, how can the solar charger cable length be extended? Why isn’t there an extension cable available? I don’t have outdoor Ac power outlets so solar is the only option. During my search I see that Ring has an extension cable for their solar panels. And they are not expensive either. So, Alro, why not keep up with the competition and have something similar? I need a longer solar panel cable. Assistance and information would be helpful.

As to why Arlo doesn't have an extension only Arlo can answer ( prob not enough interest $$ )...

If you have any skills with elec, it is possible to create you own by extending a cable in middle. As to how well it would work depends on the loss in length of extension ( what voltage appears at the far end )
