SmartHubs constantly going offline

I struggled with this for months, Arlo support were always very polite and tried but to no avail. Then I tried an experiment. My SmartHubs would go offline every few minutes then come back on line when I tried to access associated cameras. It took a couple of attempts but they did come back online.

 

So I created new modes for both my SmartHubs, both new modes armed the associated cameras in the same way as a system ‘armed’ would do and I called this custom modes ‘my alarmed’. Since doing this neither hub has gone offline for more than 10 days!

 

can’t imagine why because both modes have the same effect! But my custom modes work!
