I have shared my view with my wife. She can see the cameras and doorbell live views and receives comms from the doorbell to her phone, but when she tries the Hub Feed she cannot see the stored video icons or images.
Can you help please?

Local recordings can only be viewed from the app using the primary account.
So she would need to use your credentials on her phone to see the local recordings.

Several aspects of the direct access to local storage feature are intentionally crippled, because Arlo is looking for subscribers.
(Note I don't work for them).
