Schwerigkeit mit jahrlich abonnament abzuschliessen

Guten tag ich kann leider kein jahrlich subscription abschliessen es funktioniert nicht über computer oder mit App mit IOS und es fragt uns immer anzumelden wir melden uns ein und es geht nicht weiter 
ich bitte sie um schnell wie möglich einen rückmeldung  
ich habe gerade neu 6 arlo ultra 2 4 k kamera gekauft
