SD card problem in hubs

the Hubs only said my sd card had error. My sd card is a new one. The software had a format button but I cannot use it. How can I solve the problem

Have you checked it in a PC?  Making sure you could both read and write to it?

 

How large is the card? Who is the manufacturer?
