I’ve just purchased a new 128GB SDXC card for the smart hub base station and the app is saying the SD cannot be used, any ideas as to why?

Did you try formatting it from the app?
Can you post a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
Also, if you can connect it to a PC, it'd be worth seeing if you can both read and write to the card.

In addition, Arlo will only use the first partition on the drive so if there are multiple partitions, which are common with some vendors. A small partition that has manufacturer utilities stored may be the issue since Arlo requires at least a 16GB drive/partition. Use a computer to delete all partitions and then format it in the hub.
