I am trying to replace a defective out of the box Ultra 2. I have gone through the lengthy troubleshooting process and the annoying customer service process to get my RMA # (all told I've spent 5+ hours on the phone with Arlo). I live in South Carolina, yet I was only given the Canadian return address. Of course arlo didn't include both addresses, because that would be good customer service, which they seem to be allergic to.
Can someone share the USA return address with me, please?
If by some crazy chance someone at Arlo is reading this, my case number is 42367979 and last four digits of my RMA are ...1839.
Step it up Arlo, this level of service is just sad.

I have the same problem. It looks like they sent a test version of the RMA email (the View RMA Status button errors out as well)
