Recording in Local Storage but Cloud?

Recording from motion detection showed up in my local storage but not on the cloud one. Is there a reason why? Is there also an updated timeline on the video thumbnails for the videos in local storage?

Possible reason is if you are using Smart....

Motion triggers, recording goes to local backup and Arlo servers, arlo decides it's not a wanted video due to settings and doesn't put it in library.

Any files in local backup do NOT update to the cloud

Thank you for the response. Ive also realized that its not just motion detection based but also included audio one.
Im also on a smart arlo trial. This happened to a lot of my videos where arlo cloud doesnt store to display those vids on the cloud storage.
Is there also a timeline of when the thumbnails in local storage will be made available?
