I continue to receive this error (https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0) when I try to login to my.arlo.com. Has anyone experienced this and if so how can I fix it.  I have tried deleting the Cache, disabled firewall and reset my modem.  It happens on my computer but not when using the APP on phone or iPad.  I have both an Apple iMac and MacBook Pro which both experience the same error.

Thanks for the help

John

Do you have internet security software installed on the PCs (or in your router) that might be getting in the way?

Have you tried installing and testing with Chrome?  Or just Safari?

Also, have you tried using logging in from a private/incognito window?

It has been well over a week since I've been able to log into my.arlo.com.  I have rebooted my computer and tried multiple web browsers, but when I enter my username and password, I just get this in a red box at the top of the page:

Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com.api/auth : 0 Unknown Error

This results in all 4 of my cameras being unusable.  Is this a known issue?  Thanks.

Have you tried incognito / private mode in the browser?

Have you installed or updated internet security software on the PC?

I haven't seen this on any of my PCs (using both Chrome and Edge).

I just tried incognito mode on Chrome - same behavior.  This is on a fully updated Mac.  It's worked perfectly in Safari for several years.  This behavior just started sometime last week.

I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.  Same behavior on all three.  Same behavior in incognito/private modes.

Also note that Arlo Support replied to me today with some things to try...so that's good.  I will have to test it again after work today.

I got "Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error" twice when trying to log into http://my.arlo.com earlier. I finally got in after two attempts for its 2FA to show up.

Has anyone with the same issue using a MAC found a solution?  I am still experiencing this error.

I never saw it again so I guess it was a random hiccup.

What exactly is your problem and what have you tried since this is your first post in this old thread.

I only get this error in 64-bit SeaMonkey (x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0) in my 64-bit Windows (7 & 10) PCs. I have to use Firefox. 😞
