Push notifications with no alerts in app

All day long, I get push notifications every 5-10 minutes for phantom "motion" and when I open the app, there are only alerts in my feed for actual motion. Ex. I just got a push for motion at my shed a few minutes ago. When I open the app, the most recent thing in my feed is motion by my back door 2 hours ago.

Are you on iOS or Android? Can you please provide what the software version you are on as well?
