I sit on the Board of Directors for a rural cemetery. We don't have WiFi. Prior to purchasing the Ultra 2, I need answers to the following questions:
1) What is the distance range for the Ultra 2
2) What is the outdoor temp rating for this camera
3)Do I buy a hub to run 4 cameras, not running WiFI hoping to link all with cellular
4) I need cellular service, how will that work with 4 cameras
5) Is there a shroud available to protect from the elements
6) We have electric power and would like to hardwire the cameras

The Ultra 2 connects to a smarthub, which in turn needs to be connected to the internet via ethernet.
The Go 2 might be a better option for you, as it connects directly to cellular.
Either way, you will need a subscription for the cameras.
Arlo Secure only gives you storage for events - detected either by passive infrared (PIR) sensors in the cameras, or by audio from the microphones. PIR detection range for people is about 20-25 feet. Vehicles can be detected from further away, though Arlo doesn't provide a spec for that.
If you are looking for continuous video coverage, then you'd need to get a CVR (continuous video recording) subscription for each camera. That's not available for the Go 2, but it is for the Ultra. Although it's been a while since I tried CVR, IMO it didn't work that well. Honestly, if you are looking for continuous coverage I'd suggest looking elsewhere. An NVR security system with PoE (power over ethernet) cameras would probably work out better for you.
@AmyMiller521 wrote:1) What is the distance range for the Ultra 2?
The Ultra 2 connects to the smarthub using a closed wifi connection, and range is similar to normal wifi - so depends a lot on the environment.
Might be easier to answer if we know how much range you need. How far would the most distant camera be from the smarthub?
@AmyMiller521 wrote:2) What is the outdoor temp rating for this camera
-4°F to 113°F (-20°C to 45°C)
Cameras won't charge below 32°F though.

The Ultra 2 needs a smarthub, the Go 2 does not.
@AmyMiller521 wrote:4) I need cellular service, how will that work with 4 cameras
With the Ultra 2 + smarthub, you'd need to either get mobile broadband or perhaps use a mobile hotspot with an ethernet connection.
Each Go 2 has its own SIM card, and would need to be on an mobile data plan as well as the Arlo Secure subscription.

Arlo doesn't sell any, but there are third party covers you could purchase.
@AmyMiller521 wrote:6) We have electric power and would like to hardwire the cameras
Both the Ultra and the Go 2 can be hardwired. Both use a proprietary magnetic cable. Arlo sells outdoor-rated chargers with integrated 25' cables. There are some third-party outdoor chargers, but I've never used one, so can't really recommend them.
