Seven weeks ago I registered faults with a new Ultra 2 camera. Unfortunately I have too say the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Despite continuing sending updates on the connection problems the responses received are hopeless and just keep apologising for how long it's taking. These are meant to be security devices Arlo need to fix this.

The problems are numerous, goes of line or fails to connect also very poor image recording. The latest response given is its an ongoing issue that is being worked on??
