One camera in system failing to record

I have a system with a base station and 2 ultra 2s. I do not have an active subscription and have it configured to store locally on the base station. 

the system worked for about a year but now 1 camera works flawlessly and stores

video to the base station. 

However, the second camera has issues. I can access the live feed no problem but it does not store any video to the library. Any ideas?

 

  • connectivity is strong for the malfunctioning camera and it is hardwired to power so no battery issue
  • It used to work and if I go back far enough in the library it has videos but nothing from the last 60 days or so (it should have a daily vids bc it faces our driveway)

  • There were no settings changes on the camera or the base station during that time that I am aware of, but I also don’t see anything in the settings that would impact the local storage

 

any help would be great!

Have you double-checked that it is armed?

 

Also, maybe use the motion detection test to make sure the camera's PIR sensor is still working.
