Offer of free months subscription then turns to a 'pay' situation when I tried to access

I downloaded the new app (because it forced me to). I then added my partner and they no longer have a local feed (because Arlo is forcing us to subscribe).
I accessed a camera feed from my PC and was offered a free months access. I thought, well that's something. I then clicked to purchase and it changed to 'please pay the usual price' mode.
Is there any way I can get this free month or is this another Arlo forced play?

If you share your account credentials with your partner, then they will see exactly what you see.

Can you provide a good call back number as well as a good time to call about the subscription? You an send this via dm, you send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.

me and my girlfriend is struggling with the app, i have read alot about this issue and i have tried alot of solutions, but with no luck…
me, main account running
iPhone 15 pro Max
she, added account to my camera
iPhone 13 pro Max
1. why dont i have new UI on iPhone 15?
2. can er revert her UI since ive heard alot of negatives on new UI
3. why does the new UI iPhone 13 not see anything, but Get notifications on movement from camera…

Both the UI for the authorized user as well as the main user has to be the same. On the device that is not showing the new UI, you can onboard a Pro 5 ( even if you don't have one) and it will start that update for the new UI. There is no way to go back to the old UI.

@Robin2311 - another option (if you are ok with it) is to set up your girlfriend's phone to use use your Arlo username/password to log into the app. Then she will see what you see (and will have the same UI that you have).
